Using NextCloud with OnlyOffice-Docs-Plugin in Distance Learning

The students are given a task in which a text document or a presentation should be created. The subject is not dependent on this teaching method. In preparation, the students are divided into groups of 3 people each. For each group, the teacher creates a folder in OnlyOffice and shares it with the students. Students create their work in a shared document, where everyone can work on it simultaneously and in real time. The teacher can monitor the progress of the document at any time. In conjunction with a video conference system, work can be carried out in grouprooms. Here, too, the teacher can support the learning group without being asked or as needed.
