Description
Development of a framework for the production of pedagogical content (digital or classroom), adapted to the reality of the organisation and based on active methodologies This framework is inspired by the ADDIE instructional design model (Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate), as well as by the Agile project management approach, in which the process is evaluated at all stages of production. Phase 1 - Analyse - Define the Objectives/Learning Outcomes to be achieved; Identify Target Audience; Define Prior Knowledge; Identify factors that may condition the implementation of the project (technical, human, competencies, financial, etc.) Phase 2 - Design - Reflect on which methodology or methodologies to apply according to the target audience, learning objectives/outcomes, duration, level of intended participation; To define the type of activities/learning experiences that will take place and their duration to achieve the learning outcomes; To identify the learning outcomes assessed in each activity and their contribution to the final assessment; To identify the Key Competences for Lifelong Learning to be developed. Phase 3 - Develop - Prepare the teaching materials defined in phase 2: Manual, Presentations, Laboratory Work, Group Dynamics, Exercises/Evaluation; Evaluate if the materials being produced correspond to those defined in phase 3 Phase 4 - Implement - Implement and evaluate necessary changes that should be implemented considering the feedback from trainers and trainees during this phase. Phase 5 - Evaluate - Evaluate all the phases

Comments
The creation of the model allows for a standardisation of the training materials that are used by trainers, facilitating their work, generating a sense of uniqueness to the content delivered at school and enabling trainers to have a guide to produce their content. Using a stable framework as a basis, it facilitates the implementation of this methodology in your organisation, making the necessary adaptations to your reality without the need to create a model from scratch.
